For over a decade, I have been instrumental in building bridges of inter/intra team inclusion, optimized operations, and strengthened client relations within diverse communities in the public and private sector.
I coach people leaders and professionals to develop the power within, and transform their teams and organizations. I equip people with the mindset, skillset, and processes of people leadership. I encourage radical honesty and productive conflict that deepen relationships, and foster 360 feedback environments that inspire bold conversations.
Mindfulness and human centered design thinking are the pillars of my leadership. Understanding how to center both has allowed me to develop dynamic processes and build teams that support their operationalization. My approach is data-informed and relationship-focused.
